NGO or No GO

Recently these days I was thinking on how I develop myself over the years and how did I grow in the last period and what were the facts that determined the grow for me. And while I was doing an analysis, I realized that every individual which is somehow interested in his grow is having a normal rithm through primary school, followed by the high-school and then in the faculty, let’s say the same rithm is kept(at least for an individual that is somehow interested in his growth and sees value in this for the future).

Basically you are going from basic stuff, to general things and then more specific things until you reach a point where we could say you are almost a junior level of expertise in a field.

This is the point where you are starting your career.
So if we’re assuming that you get hired, and yes, you are doing your job right and you are learning constantly, you are basically specializing yourself more and more to your interest field and with this, the expertise that you’re having is growing as well.

What about volunteering ? Did you heared about that word ?

The point I’m trying to make is that if youre doing volunteer work this will boost your career and you will have the possibility to grow more faster than others.

I think is guaranteed that you will grow 2 times faster than the normal rithm explained earlier, and a whole new world will open in front of you.

You will also have benefits like,

– exercising your skills,
– trying other things differently
– knowing new people and
– having fun all the way around.

So while others are doing with their free time nothing than spending it in front of the TV of other social stuff, you could benefit from an entire network of NGOs that deffinately exists in your neighbour.

So if you’re a freshman then “NGO it”,  and you will not regret, no matter the field.

Business plan presentation update and the motivation of creating a blog

I’ve recently attended Yonder’s Christmas Party and Business Plan Presentation. We were debating on 4 themes about the core behavior that a Yonderist should have and one of them was about how to take action in order to challenge your status quo, or simply ownership.

This was on how to apply it companywide and I get so enthusiast and I said why shouldn’t I apply this to myself also. I was having an idea to start a blog a few years ago and now was that click, that triggered the wave, to take ownership on implementing my idea.

And this is the start of the road, or the “HELLO WORLD” from my blogging life.

Get ready.
